I have space for a limited number of one to one yoga and somatics sessions, where we create a bespoke program to support you.  These are usually online and are priced at £60 per hour.  To book please drop me a short note using the contact form and we can arrange a free 15 minute introductory call so you can get a feel for how I work and whether I might be the right person to support you.
